I shape them on the milling machine. Threaded bushings are inserted to the space between the angles. They provide required clearance for the leg installation. When assembly is finished the frame is covered with an aluminum sheet which gives volume to the foot.
Legs are finished!
Thanks to the hinges robot can be set almost to any position.
