This is how the head with all these strange elements looks. I can hardly guess what technical function this part of the robot performs :)
 



To finish the work on the head of the robot, I make eyes and drawings on its face. Having marked the eyes I cut them.


 






 


Next stage is production of elements of the side suspension of the body.
 

 



 

 

 

I manufacture parts of the robot’s hips. They are made from a plate of eight millimeters thickness.

 

V-shaped cut is made in the lower section.
 

This place is strongly heated with a gas burner. As a result duralumin doesn’t crack when it is bent.

 

As a main strut for the legs a thick aluminum pipe of fifty millimeters diameter is used.
