The cups are fixed to the plate of five millimeters thickness by means of angle joint. The plate will be the base of the body frame.  I tried to beat out a half of the chest cover plate of the robot. And I got good result. The only thing that I needed to do was to grind it thoroughly with emery.   Under the word “beat out” I mean a special way of metal minting. Usual metal sheet is put on the anvil and given right shape by means of hammering. The metal stretches in the points of impact and the sheet takes the necessary form. Pay attention to the surface – it is covered with hundreds of minor mints as a result of hammering.
 



I work on the armour.  Second half is finished.
 

 





 

I bent and riveted upper part of the body frame.
 

In the back of the robot an opening is cut out for access to the inside part where the brains of the robot are installed to, i.e. hardware.
 

This subtle part will be the mount of the neck of the robot.
 

Next step is production of a chest plate.
